March 13th, 2012 - Club meeting at Mohave County Library at 7:00 PM

December 16th, 2011 - Club Christmas Party, the club will be holding it's annual Christmas Party at the VFW on John L and Bank St. from 5PM to 8PM, Bob Schwarts will be bringing the turkey and Skip Bowen will be bringing the ham, everyone else bring a pot luck. Anyone who needs directions please call Ed Pontillo at 928-692-7949. Hope to see you all at the party!

November 12th, 2011 - Veteran's Day Parade, please come out and join the club for the parade and have some fun.

August 6th, 2011 - Working together, Moe, Bob, Ron, and John all helped Rob get his first quad motor aircraft in the air. Rob had a perfect first flight, everything went as planned. Congratulations Rob!

Beware of your surroundings when you are walking around the airfield, Frank and I caught this bull snake and Rob had a close call with a Mohave Green Rattle snake.

     

June 25, 2011 - Club Auction and Night Fly at the Kingman Modelers Club Field starting around 6:30 PM

May 7, 2011 -  The first T-28 Race will be at 7:30 AM Saturday, any questions contact Ron Duke, hope to see you there!

April 9 - 10, 2011 - Legends Over the Colorado Fly-In : Times are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, cost : $10 Admission; plane rides an additional fee. Where : Laughlin-Bullhead International Airport. The planes on display are the machines that helped America win WWII. Featuring a vintage B-29 Superfortress, T-6 Texan, TBM Avenger, Supermarine Spitfire, a Japanese Zero, a P-51 Mustang, and the flying formation group. The only flying B-29 in the world will be attending this event, so come out and check it out.

November 6, 2010 - Come on club members come out and support the Veterans on this day and your club float. It starts near Stockton Hill Rd on Northern Ave and goes to Banks St and ends at VFW Post 10386 on John L. There will be fun activities, entertainment and lots of food. Prize drawings also.

July 5, 2010 - Rob Sawyer and John Buckner flew their aircraft to Red Lake via dirt road across to Stockton Hill Rd and to entrance into Red Lake. The flights were a success and both planes landed safely on Red Lake. Their driver was Enoch and both Rob and John road in the back of the pickup at the same time flying together.
